The glowy chains were actually a mistake.. I meant to draw normal chains, but I completely forgot and I'd already done the lineart and base colors... so I was like >8I
anddd I drew the chains in whiteee
..then made them glow.

And yeah. |: so I added the glowy symbol things xD;

The angle is horrible and the bars were freehanded, this is too dark; you can't even see the shading I did of the bars, yadayadayada.
Sorry about ranting. :\
